The following registration rates are for registration forms received by February 29, 2012.
Payment does not have to accompany the registration form.

Register Before March 1st and Save $30 Per Person

For 1 person: $335 / $305*
For 2 persons from the same organization: $315 per person / $285* per person
For 3 persons from the same organization: $285 per person / $255* per person
For 4 or more persons from the same organization: $255 per person / $225* per person
 
* This rate is for a person whose organization is a member of one of the following organizations:

American Indoor Air Quality Council

Add $50 if you are also attending a pre-conference workshop and are not a member of LEHA or the Grantees’ Association.

Your conference registration entitles you to all program sessions, two receptions, a lunch and two continental breakfasts, and admission to the exhibit hall.

 




City Teams Are Encouraged to Attend
Since the conference program is designed to serve the interests of health, housing and community development agencies, representatives from these and other city agencies are encouraged to attend as a “city team”. To facilitate attendance, a “city team” will receive special registration considerations by calling 800.590.6522.

Registration Payment Not Required with Registration Form
Your registration payment does not have to accompany your registration form. Once we receive your form, we will send you a confirmation letter and an invoice for the registration fee. If you are using a public agency purchase order, be sure to include the purchase order number on the registration form. If you are paying by credit card, please fill out the credit card information on the registration form.

Nominations Sought for the 2012 Lead Star Awards and Healthy Housing Awards
