Registration InformationThe following “Early Bird” registration rates are for registration forms received by the dates listed below. Payment does not have to accompany the registration form. Please use photocopies of the form for additional registrations.  Add $50 if you are also attending a pre-conference workshop and are not a member of LEHA or the Grantees’ association. Your conference registration entitles you to all program sessions, two receptions, a lunch and two continental breakfasts, and admission to the exhibit hall. City Teams Are Encouraged to Attend
Since the conference program is designed to serve the interests of health, housing and community development agencies, representatives from these and other city agencies are encouraged to attend as a “city team”. To facilitate attendance, a “city team” will receive special registration considerations by calling 800.590.6522.
Registration Payment Not Required with Registration Form
Your registration payment does not have to accompany your registration form. Once we receive your form, we will send you a confirmation letter and an invoice for the registration fee. If you are using a public agency purchase order, be sure to include the purchase order number on the registration form. If you are paying by credit card, please fill out the credit card information on the registration form.

Nominations Sought for the 2010 Lead Star Awards and Healthy Housing Awards
